Get ready for something a little bit different at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre this summer. Spread over two days (Sat 14th and Sun 15th August) the Centre will be hosting an all singing, all dancing journey back to the 1940s!
A rich and varied line up of events has been planned ensuring a great day out for both families and enthusiasts.
The weekend is in partnership with the South East Midlands Area MVT and will feature a display of over 40 military vehicles.
Other attractions include re-enactment groups, firing demonstrations, spies and spivs and a 40’s fashion shows. There will be special wartime performances from singer Fiona Harrison on both days with an evening show on Saturday. A Beer Tent will be serving on both days and food will available on all weekend including Saturday evening. Why not be part of the fun by dressing up in full 1940’s costume?
If you include the trade stands and the Centre’s excellent facilities you have all the makings of a weekend to remember!
